Rollo and Rover are two criminal bulldogs that are antagonist characters in the comic strips of Uncle Remus.

1966
On a dark stormy night in Critter Country, Rollo and Rover come up with a plan to steal money. Until Br'er Rabbit heard what they were planning to do behind the fence and quickly ran inside the General Store and warned Br'er Possum about Rollo and Rover's plan and told Br'er Possum to give him a hacksaw to cut pieces of medal off. But then, Rollo and Rover went inside the store and held their guns at the two and told them to give them the money. As the two criminals left the store carrying the bag of money, a hole in one moneybag was leaking out gunpowder as lightning struck the gunpowder and caused the moneybag to explode. As the two were on the floor, Mr. Sheriff came quickly and Br'er Rabbit told the sheriff that Rollo and Rover stole the money, then he arrested them.
Br'er Possum was pleased that Br'er Rabbit helped him and gather the money to give back to Br'er Possum.
1969
One morning in Critter Country, Rollo and Rover come up with a plan to rob the bank at Critter Country. Br'er Rabbit and Br'er Raccoon spot the two criminals outside the bank, then Br'er Rabbit comes up with an idea to get the criminals arrested. As the two left the bank, Rollo and Rover went inside the bank and walked over to the safe as Rover began to turn the lock to be able to open the safe. But eventually it took forever for Rover to open the safe, and made the two criminals pass out until Mr. Sheriff arrived to arrest the two and walked away with them. Br'er Raccoon was happy that Br'er Rabbit tricked the two by giving them the wrong code for the safe.
