Ronald Wilson Reagan was an American actor and politician who served as the 33rd Governor of California from 1968 to 1976 and the 40th President of the United States of America from 1981 to 1989.

Although he did not appear in any Disney movies during his acting career, he did host the grand opening of Disneyland in 1955, appeared in the grand opening of Disney-MGM Studios, appeared in Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color and appeared in Disneyland's 35th Anniversary Celebration. He also appears as an Audio-Animatronic in The Hall of Presidents. In the Timon & Pumbaa episode, "Forbidden Pumbaa", his name was used in a game of words to describe a ray gun called a "Ronald Ray-Gun."

He had a son, Ron, who starred in My Date with the President's Daughter. He was mentioned in The BFG and in Season 3 episode of The Golden Girls: "Letter to Gorbechauv".
