Dumbo (2019)
Rongo is introduced as one of the circus performers who is billed as the circus' strongman just as he and the other performers help set up the Medici Bros. Circus tent. He and the other circus performers later gaze upon the birth of Jumbo Junior in awe. Throughout the film, he is one of the performers who appear in the freak show section to which Max calls him to be on stage. During performance at the circus, Rongo served as the circus' drummer while Puck served as his fellow musician. Later after the circus tent collapses due to Mrs. Jumbo's rampage across the circus, Rongo and the rest of the survivors escape the circus.
Furthermore, Rongo and the other performers travel to Arkansas in the Dreamland attraction as Dumbo's act was a success. After it is found out that Vandevere Enterprises has fried all the circus performers, Holt, his children Joe and Milly, and the circus performers plan to rescue Dumbo by releasing back into the wild him alongside his mother. Rongo plays an important role in arriving at Nightmare Island by where he and the other performers barge into the attraction by using his strength to open the bars just as the performers take the transport vehicle with Mrs. Jumbo in it just before the park owner V.A. Vandevere and his guards try to stop the circus troupe. Later, Rongo, Holt's family, and the rest of the circus performers spend their last moments with Dumbo and his mother before they get released into the jungle.
Later when the circus is re-established as Medici Family Circus, Rongo retains his duty as the strongman.
