Daniel Francis "Rooster" Hannigan is one of the secondary antagonists of Annie. He is the brother of Miss Hannigan and is portrayed by Scottish actor Alan Cumming.
Plot
Daniel Hannigan is the secondary antagonist in Annie. He is the brother of Miss Hannigan and the boyfriend of Lily St. Regis. He tries to steal money from Oliver Warbucks by dressing up like Annie's fake father along with his sister dressed up as Annie's fake mother. He later wants to kill Annie along with his sister but Lily, the orphans and FDR stop them and sent him, Miss Hannigan and Lily to jail in the end.
