Rósa Arianna "Rose" McGowan is an Italian-born American actress, activist, and occasional singer. She is best known for her roles in films, such as The Doom Generation, Scream, Jawbreaker, and Grindhouse, as well as her television role as Paige Matthews in The WB series Charmed from 2001 to 2006.
For Disney, she played young Cora Mills in the Once Upon a Time episodes "The Miller's Daughter" and "Bleeding Through". She also played Nora in Encino Man and voiced Medusa in the Ultimate Spider-Man episode "Agent Web".
