Frances Rose McIver is an actress from New Zealand who plays Tinker Bell on the ABC fantasy-drama series Once Upon a Time. She also played Summer Landsdown on Power Rangers RPM, the final Power Rangers season distributed by the Disney Company, Valerie in Johnny Kapahala: Back on Board, and Hannah in Eddie's Million Dollar Cook-Off.
