Roshon Bernard Fegan (born October 6, 1991) is an American actor, singer-songwriter, producer, freestyle rapper and dancer who is known for playing Sander Loyer in the Disney Channel original movie Camp Rock (2008) and its sequel Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam (2010) and for his role as Ty Blue on the Disney Channel original series Shake It Up, from 2010 to 2013.
