Physical appearance[]
Roxy is a medium-sized Rottweiler dog whose back legs are replaced by pink wheels with a yellow strap. She has dark gray fur and brown paws, muzzle, eyes, eyebrows, inner ears, and ear spots. Roxy's Pupstruction outfit consists of a hot pink short sleeved shirt with the company logo and a hot pink construction hat with the company logo on it. Her tool is a pink sparkly sledgehammer.

- Roxy's voice actress, Scarlet Kate Ferguson, is also disabled and she uses a wheelchair to get around.
