Princess Ruby is a recurring faceless character who appears in the Disney Channel animated short series Descendants: Wicked World. She is the daughter of Rapunzel and Eugene Fitzherbert, as well as the sister of the Long Haired Princess.

Physical appearance[]
It is unknown what Ruby really looks like, the only thing seen of her being her hair, which is long and blonde.
Role in the series[]
She is introduced in "Puffed Deliciousness", with her hair trailing across the floor. According to Audrey, she has long, blonde hair that leaves the room ten minutes after she does. Her hair is shown to be prehensile, as it accidentally slapped Audrey after she picked it up.

Ruby's hair in "All Hail the New Q.N.L.B."
In "All Hail the New Q.N.L.B.", when Audrey tells everyone that she wasn't voted The Queen Of The Neon Lights Ball, she seems to be brushing Ruby's hair. However when Mal asks if she was brushing her hair, Audrey tells her sarcastically that it wasn't Ruby, but the other girl with a 100 ft. ponytail, and that she was stress brushing. Ruby is shown to be allies with Audrey and hangs about with other typical Auradon kids.
Trivia[]
- Her hair is a tribute to her mother's in the film Tangled, mimicking the appearance the sundrop flower gave her.
- Rapunzel is only ever shown as her teenage self in Descendants: The Rise of Red as a cameo, while her father is never seen.
- Ruby is the third new character to appear on Descendants: Wicked World, after Jordan and Freddie Facilier but she is never physically seen apart from her hair.
- Her appearances, usually her hair, serves as a running easter egg throughout the series.
- She is the second of the daughters of Rapunzel to be introduced, the first being an unnamed girl referred to as Long Haired Princess in School of Secrets.
