"Rule of Paw" is the second segment of the thirteenth episode of Teacher's Pet. It aired on January 13, 2001.

Plot

Scott chastises Tyler for slacking as playground monitor, and an elated Principal Strickler makes Scott the new monitor. However, Scott takes his new role as playground safety monitor a bit too seriously, as the kids are barely able to move around without getting a pink slip. Leonard intentionally breaks a bunch of small offenses to make a point that the new rules are ridiculous. Scott does not like this one bit and it lands Leonard in Student Council Court. Only then does he realize he has gone mad with power.
