"Rusty's Second Wind" is an episode of the Disney Jr. series Handy Manny.

Synopsis

Señor Lopez, the Sheet Rock Hills Elementary School science teacher, asks Manny and the Tools to repair a weathervane at the radio station so he can know if the rainstorm is moving toward them or not. But Rusty is way too scared of the thunder to help with the repair, so Manny tries to help him overcome his fear.
