Ruth Livier is a Mexican-American actress and voice actress. She has acted in projects such as Weird Science, Beverly Hills, 90210, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Drag Me to Hell, and Dead Rising 3.
For Disney, she voiced Countess Delores in Elena of Avalor, played Elena Chavez in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, voiced Louise in Cars on the Road, and provided additional voices in Coco. She also played Rafaella Santos in the ABC series NYPD Blue and voiced Yolanda and Cristina in King of the Hill on Fox.
