Overview[]
It's Halloween in Denver and when Charlie gets scared by a teenager, Teddy decides to give him a taste of his own medicine. Meanwhile, Gabe agrees to protect Mrs. Dabney's house, but when her house gets trashed he has to do whatever she says. PJ becomes goth because of his new girlfriend Zoey, while Bob and Amy pretend to be each other for Halloween.
