Scooter is a blue color skunk with white stripes in a sort of thunderbolt pattern starting from his head going down his back to his tail. He has white colored paw and aqua-green eyes. He wears a mint colored collar with T.O.T.S. symbol and white diaper with mint trim patterned with pine trees and mountains.
