"Scream" is the tenth song from the feature High School Musical 3: Senior Year and the ninth song on the soundtrack. It is a solo by Troy Bolton (Zac Efron).

Summary[]

The song is performed by Troy (Zac Efron) in East High after Gabriella (Vanessa Hudgens) leaves Albuquere to Stanford. He sings about his confusion and his previous argument with his father (Bart Johnson) about which college he should attend. After Ms. Darbus (Alyson Reed) witnesses his emotions come clean, she tells Troy she was the one who sent an application to Julliard in his name.

The version available in the soundtrack contains is a little bit longer towards the end of the song.
