Serena Valentino is an American author and writer of fairy tale-inspired webcomics.
For the Disney Press, she has written stories for young adults based on the perspectives of Disney characters. Her first novel, Fairest of All: A Tale of the Wicked Queen is based on the Evil Queen, and was released on August 18, 2009. Her second novel is based on the Beast, titled The Beast Within: A Tale of Beauty's Prince and was released on July 22, 2014. She is currently writing a third novel in the series about Ursula titled Poor Unfortunate Soul: A Tale of the Sea Witch, which is expected to be released sometime in 2016.
