"Shadows of Tantiss" is the thirty-fifth episode of the Disney+ animated series Star Wars: The Bad Batch. It premiered on February 21, 2024 and is the third episode of the third season.
Synopsis[]
Omega and Crosshair hatch a daring plan.
Plot[]
Before Emperor Palpatine's arrival to Mount Tantiss, Nala Se warns Omega that she must escape the facility. After Emerie takes a sample of Omega's blood, Nala Se warns Omega that she must destroy the blood sample or else her life would be in danger. Nala Se gives her datapad for access to the facility. However, Omega fails to do so. Palpatine arrives to learn about the progress of "Project Necromancer". In the meantime, Omega manages to free Crosshair. Upon learning that all shuttles are grounded because of Palpatine's visit, Omega and Crosshair escape through the lurca kennel chutes. Emerie attempts to stop them, but is stunned by Crosshair, inadvertently triggering an alarm. After neutralizing the search team, Crosshair and Omega steal the shuttle, but end up being pursued. But after learning from Emerie that Omega's blood has a high M-count, Hemlock calls off the pursuit.
