Shalla-Bal is a Marvel Comics character, who will appear in the 2025 Marvel Cinematic Universe film The Fantastic Four: First Steps as the Silver Surfer and the secondary antagonist.[1]
Shalla-Bal was created by Stan Lee and John Buscema.

The Silver Surfer is set to appear in this film, as her MCU debut.

- In the comics, Shalla-Bal is the immortal Empress of Zenn-La and the lover of Norrin Radd (the Silver Surfer).
- Shalla-Bal's only television appearance was in the 1998 Silver Surfer animated series, voiced by Camilla Scott.
- Shalla-Ball was first introduced in Silver Surfer #1 (August 1968).
