Shanghaied is a Mickey Mouse short that was released on January 13, 1934.
Synopsis
Mickey Mouse and his girlfriend Minnie have been kidnapped by Pete's pirate crew and must devise a way to escape from confinement and defeat the pirates.

- The basic plot of this short was expanded by Floyd Gottfredson for the Mickey Mouse comic strip storyline "The Captive Castaways".
