Overview

The Circus Town Band, conducted by Mr. Tickle, is putting on a big performance of the "Row, Row, Row Your Boat Symphony". Mr. Tickle wants everything to go well, but finds that a pesky fly is causing him to conduct the music in ways no one would ever expect.
