Sister Act is a song from the stage adaptation of Sister Act.
Picking up immediately after a reprise of "Fabulous, Baby!", Deloris realizes that she doesn't fame to feel loved and admired so long as she has her "sisters" by her side no matter where she goes and does.
It is reprised as Curtis prepares to kill her. Mother Superior and the other choir nuns come to her aid and offer themselves up to Curtis to save Deloris. Just before he can shoot, Eddie arrives to disarm Curtis.
