"Smee-erella" is the sixty-eighth episode of Jake and the Never Land Pirates. It premiered on February 14, 2014, and is the seventh episode in the third season.

Plot

After being transformed into the dashing, swashbuckling "Buck Buccaneer" by Pip the Pirate Genie, Mr. Smee attends Red Jessica's Pirate Convention and befriends a special pirate gal who's been assisting Red Jessica with the festivities.

• This marks the fourth special that runs only 30 minutes, following "Pirate Genie-in-a-Bottle!", "Jake's Royal Rescue", and "Pirate Genie Tales".
• This episode is aired by the valentine's day and the third anniversary of Playhouse Disney becoming Disney Jr.
• The episode's title is a parody of the classic fairy tale Cinderella like the one from the third episode of the second season called "The Glass Slipper Ball" from Little Einsteins.
• This episode was released on the same day as the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse episode "Minnie-rella".
  • Pip the Pirate Genie's role in the episode is reminiscent of the Fairy Godmother.
  • During Pip's musical number, he summons Tick-Tock Croc to pull the golden sail wagon carriage, similar to Cinderella's mice friends being turned into four white horses by the Fairy Godmother.
  • Mr. Smee losing his golden boot is a reference to Cinderella's Glass Slipper scene.
• Jake and his crew collect twelve gold doubloons.
• Tick-Tock the Crocodile, Winger, The Pirate Princess, Misty the Wonderful Witch, and Captain Flynn make nonspeaking cameos in the episode.
• It was revealed in the episode that First Mate Mollie inspired Mr. Smee into becoming a first mate.
