It's time for the annual Hot Dog Hillympics as the reigning champ, Mickey, is ready to win again, unless Pete has something to do with it.
Synopsis[]
The episode begins with the gang training for the annual Hot Dog Olympics, and Billy Beagle announces on the TV that so far Mickey has won every medal, much to the jealousy of Donald. However, Billy announces that the Olympics will not take place in Hot Dog Stadium this year, and will instead take place at Pete's junkyard. Pete takes everyone to the first event to kick of the Olympics.
The first event is Smash That Bunk: all contestants are given mallets and must use them to pound their respective broken down cars flat before the timer runs out. Once the event begins, Daisy throws away her mallet and pulls out her own mallet: Molly. With Molly, Daisy flattens her car within mere seconds while everyone else struggles with their cars. Once the timer finishes, Daisy is given the first gold medal.
The second event is the Tower Attire: there is a pile of tires and the contestants must move a dozen tires to their spots before the timer runs out. Everyone is struggling to move the heavy tires, but Minnie uses her bow to tie up a dozen tires and roll them all into her spot, earning her the second gold medal.
The third event is Hubcap Hockey: the contestants must use hockey sticks and hit the hubcaps through 5 different tires. Everyone keeps missing the tires, but Donald's frustration quite literally explodes all the hubcaps through the tires, earning him the third gold medal. Mickey is a little disappointed that he hasn't won anything yet, and Donald suggests that he get more frustrated.
The fourth event is Junk Gymnastics: the contestants must move through a gymnastic obstacle course made out of scraps and the first to finish is the winner. Everyone gets stuck in some part of the scraps, but Goofy harnesses his inner silly and quite literally slips his way through the obstacle course quickly, earning him the fourth gold medal.
Mickey is now a little sad since everyone but him has won a gold medal and is considering dropping out of the Olympics, but his friends urge him stay, reminding him that the Olympics are not about winning, but about trying your best and having fun. While the final event is being set up, Mickey's friends train him with the techniques they used earlier to win.
It is now time for the final event: the Scrappy Scrapyard Obstacle Course. First to make it through will win. Mickey uses his friends' advice and techniques to get through most of the course, but ends up having fun in a mud puddle. Goofy finishes first and wins the final gold medal. Mickey congratulates Goofy on his win and claims to have more fun later. The episode ends with Donald getting dumped with sand by Pete's dump truck, with Pete claiming that he missed.
