Walter Stacy Keach, Jr. is an American actor, voice actor, and narrator, who is most famous for his dramatic roles, and has also done narration work in educational programs on PBS and the Discovery Channel. He is also known for his role as Ken Titus in the Fox dark comedy sitcom Titus from 2000 to 2002, and the Duff beer president Howard K. Duff VIII from The Simpsons.
For Disney, he narrated the documentary The Pixar Story. He also voiced Skipper Riley in the Cars Toons episode "Air Mater" and reprised his role in the 2013 Disney animated film Planes.
