Stan Lee (born Stanley Martin Lieber; December 28, 1922) is an American comic book writer, editor, publisher, media producer, television host, actor, and former president and chairman of Marvel Comics. Several of his creations appeared in the 2012 Marvel action film, The Avengers. Stan Lee makes a cameo on every movie and TV show based on a character he created, so he made cameos in Iron Man and Iron Man 2 (Iron Man was created by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, Larry Lieber and Don Heck), The Incredible Hulk (Hulk was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby), and Thor (Thor was created by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby and Larry Lieber).
He has a cameo in The Avengers, Iron Man 3 and Thor: The Dark World. He has also appeared in Ultimate Spider-Man as Stan the Janitor, who is later revealed to be one of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s original members. He voices himself as a New York Hot Dog Vendor in the Phineas and Ferb episode, Mission Marvel, and he also made a cameo appearance in the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. episode "T.R.A.C.K.S." (S.H.I.E.L.D. was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby)[1] He will cameo in Avengers: Age of Ultron and Ant-Man (Ant-Man was created by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby and Larry Lieber). He also played a wedding guest in The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement.[2]
