Star Cruiser 42 is a rocket ship that appears in the animated series, Buzz Lightyear of Star Command. It is one of many Star Cruisers used by the Space Rangers Corps of Star Command, and is crewed by Buzz Lightyear along with his team, Mira, Booster and XR.

Powered by crystallic fusion engines, Star Cruiser 42 is the pride of the Star Command Fleet. The ship can transport its crew to any corner of the galaxy and is fitted with all kinds of gizmos. One of these gizmos include the powerful magnalock, a magnetic disk and cable that can reel in other starships. Like all Star Cruisers, the ship also has a small shuttle craft which is launched from ahead of the cockpit.
