Star Wars: Tiny Death Star is a Star Wars mobile game that was developed by NimbleBit and LucasArts in collaboration with Disney Mobile. It was announced on the Disney Interactive website on October 4, 2013.[1] It was then released on the Google Apps store, on November 6, 2013.[2] and also has a Windows 8 counterpart.

The Empire needs your help! In collaboration with LucasArts and Tiny Tower creators NimbleBit, Disney Mobile introduces Star Wars™: Tiny Death Star™, a new game for mobile devices. Live life on the dark side and join Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader on a mission to attract Galactic bitizens, run intergalactic businesses, and build an all-new Death Star. Construct unique Star Wars themed locations to attract iconic characters and species to your space station in this 8-bit style game. Star Wars: Tiny Death Star will soon be available worldwide.
Description[]
The game starts with a small tutorial where the player creates the first level. Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader give commands to the player. Building levels attracts "bitizens" who give the player credits to spend on buildings and products inside businesses with Star Wars themed names and products. The player must also act as the turbolift driver, transporting the bitizens to their desired levels. Certain scenes are unlockable, and there are certain mini-missions such as finding Rebel infiltrators for thr premium cureency, "Imperial Bux".[3]
