Starling (real name Judith) is a recurring character from the Disney Channel original series, The Villains of Valley View. She is a superhero and a reality TV star. She is Jake Madden/Chaos's love interest and Amy Madden/Havoc's frenemie. Starling has superpowers and is a full-blown superhero. She is portrayed by Mariah Iman Wilson.
