Stephen James "Steve" Vinovich, Jr. is an American actor, who is best known for playing Ben Baxter in the ABC sitcom Three's Company, High Sultan in the NBC sitcom Cheers, Bob Hoodenpyle in the CBS sitcom Raising Miranda, and B.J. Wert in the 1987 comedy film Mannequin. He also voiced General Puffin in the 1994 animated fantasy film The Swan Princess, and is one of the only three actors of the original cast to reprise his role in the two sequel films (the other two being Michelle Nicastro as Princess Odette and James Arrington as Sir Chamberlain).
For Disney, he played Dr. Pete Novos in the 1994 Christmas comedy film The Santa Clause. He also portrayed Principal Weebie in Hannah Montana, as well as guest-starred in certain ABC sitcoms, such as Home Improvement and 8 Simple Rules.
