Steven Robert Weber is an American actor, voice actor, and comedian, who is best known for his television roles as Brian Hackett in the NBC sitcom Wings (1990–1997) and Samuel Blue in the ABC sitcom Once and Again (1999–2002). He is also well-known for voicing Charlie B. Barkin in All Dogs Go to Heaven: The Series and the TV film finale An All Dogs Christmas Carol (replacing Charlie Sheen, who took the role from Burt Reynolds). He currently stars in a recurring role as Mayor Douglas Hamilton in the CBS police crime drama series NCIS: New Orleans.
For Disney, he voiced Mr. Almaden in Fillmore!, Edgar Rice Burroughs in The Legend of Tarzan, Gardener Hero in Higglytown Heroes, Norman Osborn and the Trapster in Ultimate Spider-Man, Beyonder in Avengers Assemble, and Captain George Stacy in Marvel Rising: Secret Warriors. He also narrated Toy Story 2 and The Emperor's New Groove. For Hulu, he voiced The Head Knight in The Bravest Knight.
