The Stream of Consciousness is a location set in the 2024 Disney•Pixar film Inside Out 2, sequel to the 2015 movie, Inside Out It is a river of water that represents Riley's current thoughts.
Background[]
The stream is first seen when Riley's Emotions (barring Sadness, who had to go through one of the recall tubes to get to Emotion Headquarters) use it to travel to the Back of the Mind to retrieve Riley's sense of self, which was earlier disposed of by Anxiety. Soon though, the stream ends up dissolving when Ennui causes a Sar-Chasm to open, forcing the emotions to evacuate before they fall in.
