To accomplish this, she went so far as to purchase or lease a used Weather Machine from Wacky Wally's Weather Machines to create a surprise overnight snowstorm over the Tri-City Area.. She used the tainted water from Lake Wannaweep with the unexpected side-effect of snowmen made from the storm's snow coming to malevolent life and attacking the populace.

Summer Gale has blonde hair and blue eyes. She wears a purple and lavender winter coat along with pink high heels.

Summer Gale is shown to be rather disregarding of the chaos that she caused. Her only real priority was making herself look good no matter what.
