"Summer of Las Tóxicas" is the second segment of the twenty-fifth episode of Primos.
Synopsis[]
Tater and Serena infiltrate the Pigeon Scouts.
Plot[]
Tater and Serena are doing their fanfic centered on Greek themed Spyclops and Dr. Odysseus when they are interrupted by the unmistakable noise of Gwennifer Malfeo and the Pigeon Scouts Pacheco and Peña. The sinister girls are in the middle of archery practice and intentionally making a mess around them. While Tater wants to get back to fanfic writing, Serena become enamored with their sport and wants to join them. Tater is baffled why she would want to join such a toxic group, until she realizes that the Pigeon Scouts are bad at archery and believes that Serena joining them could lead to Gwennifer losing her leadership role and getting knocked down a peg.
Tater has Gwennifer agree to let Serena join and tells her to "go easy on her". Gwennifer attempts to humiliate Serena, but Serena turns out to be an incredibly competent archer. This causes Pacheco and Peña to start looking up to Serena who, unlike Gwennifer, calls them by their names rather than just "Goons". To add to Gwennifer's fall, Tater convinces Cousin Bud to pose for her for a painting as Gwennifer excitedly watches. After finishing the painting, Tater gives it to Gwennifer, but when Pacheco and Peña try to use it for target practice, Gwennifer snaps and takes it away. Pacheco and Peña decide to fully commit to Serena who lets them think for themselves.
Things quickly spiral out of control when Tater begins to notice that Serena is spending more time with Pacheco and Peña than her and finds a depressed Gwennifer wishing for her goons back. The two reluctantly team up to try and get their respective friends back, but each attempt fails. Gwennifer then attempts to humiliate Serena by sharing her fanfiction, but Tater stops her. Tater resigns herself to the outcome, but Pacheco and Peña admit that they prefer to be bossed around and Serena admits that being with them has gotten boring. Gwennifer gets Pacheco and Peña back, though they now insist that she use their real names, and Tater and Serena resume fanfic writing.
