"Super Natural" is the second segment of the fifth episode of Vampirina. It premiered on October 9, 2017 alongside "Little Terror".
Synopsis[]
When a family of ghost hunters comes to stay at the Scare B&B, Vee and her family spend the day trying to prove that their house is not haunted.
Plot[]
Vampirina is playing hide and seek with Gregoria and Demi. She finds Gregoria in a backpack and Demi camouflaged in a painting. Just then, two guests answer the doorbell, with Vampirina stating that the Spookmans are coming. Boris opens the door, and the Spookmans are revealed to be humans. They reveal that they booked a room at the Scare B&B. Boris then assigns everyone to de-scare the house, which they do. Vampirina then tells Chef Remy Bones that the guests are humans, and he decides to go to the basement. It is revealed that the Hauntleys de-scared the house in thirty-four seconds, a new record.
The Hauntleys introduce themselves to the guests, who introduce themselves as Gilbert and Curt. A spider also greets them. Vampirina decides to take the guests upstairs and show them their room. Gilbert and Curt think the place is so spooky. They have seen spooky things before, and think this is the spookiest. Gilbert and Curt have lots of things to do; they travel the country trying to get pictures of ghosts. They have never seen one, but they know they exist. Gilbert and Curt also mention that they saw the Scare B&B on a web show called Weekly Weirdnes by Edgar Peepleson. Gilbert and Curt vow to find a ghost just as Vampirina closes a door to prevent them from seeing a mummy.
Vampirina then talks to Oxana and Boris that the guests are here to find Demi, as they are ghost chasers. Gregoria mentions that if they get a picture, the Hauntleys won't be able to live a normal life in Pennsylvania. After being told by Vampirina and Gregoria that the guests may try to take him away, Demi sings a song about how he never wants to be taken from the Hauntleys. Gregoria reassures Demi that everything will be okay for everyone except for him. Vampirina tells him that Demi isn't getting taking because he's not getting caught. She then decides for the Hauntleys to keep Demi hidden. Boris thinks it can't be that hard.
While Gilbert and Curt are still looking, Vampirina knows some hiding places for Demi. They then hide under a floorboard. Demi then sneezes due to the dust. The guests notice this right before Boris vacuums and Vampirina and Demi hide in a vase. However, Demi has an itch, and the guests notice this just as they notice Boris turning on the TV for Monster Chef Junior. Demi decides to get out of the room just as he is spotted by Gilbert and Curt. Boris tries to stall them to no avail. Demi assumes that he should be better at not being seen. Vampirina tells him that they don't want another ghost, as the Hauntleys love him just how he is. Demi thanks them for that. Vampirina decides for them to give the guests a ghosts.
Gilbert and Curt notice floating cupcakes, and Vampirina appears while revealing that she was holding them up with a string. Wolfie, who is dressed as a ghost, runs and the guests notice this. They chase him upstairs where Oxana takes off the ghost costume. Gilbert and Curt then notice a shadow of a ghost, but it is just Boris with his flashlight. They mention that the house isn't haunted, as it's just decorated to look that way. As they leave, Oxana tells them that the Hauntleys are happy they took the time to come out. Demi then does the same, and is caught by the guests, who think he is awesome. The Hauntleys then thank Gilbert and Curt, who vow to tell the friends that the service at the Scare B&B is spooktacular. Vampirina tells Demi that the Hauntleys will never let anything happen to him. Demi says that most people will never know that he exists, but he is glad he does, and the Hauntleys are just as glad.
