"Superhero Hiccups" is the first segment of the second episode of Spidey and his Amazing Friends. It premiered on August 6, 2021.

Synopsis

Peter and Miles confront the Green Goblin who is attempting to steal an ancient book from the library while Miles battles with uncontrollable hiccups!

Plot

Peter and Miles catch the Green Goblin looking through an old book in a library on how to acquire the Power Sword. Miles suddenly develops hiccups and the Green Goblin escapes. Unsure of what to do, they call Gwen and head to the museum. While Miles waits outside, Peter and Gwen go in and discover the sword, but the Goblin covers them in goo and gets the sword. Miles goes in and, inspired by the notion of finding a way around a problem, poses as a ghost and tricks Goblin into dropping the sword. He uses the weapon to trap the Goblin and frees Peter and Gwen with the Goblin now having the hiccups.
