Surrogates is a 2009 sci-fi action film directed by Jonathan Mostow and starring Bruce Willis, Radha Mitchell, Rosamund Pike, Boris Kodjoe, James Cromwell, and Ving Rhames. It is based on the comic book The Surrogates by Robert Venditti and Brett Weldele from Top Shelf Productions.
Synopsis[]
In the future, humanity has become addicted to using surrogates, life-like, ideal, robotic facsimiles of themselves. FBI agent Tom Greer, who uses a surrogate, is sent to investigate a double homicide and must step out into the real world without the aid of one.

- This film reunites Bruce Willis and Ving Rhames from the film Pulp Fiction.
- Bruce Willis was uncooperative during filming. When it came time to do ADR work, a sound alike had to be brought in because Willis refused to do it.
