Target Pups is an animated short based on the series 101 Dalmatian Street.
Synopsis[]
Dylan & Dawkins are doing some modifications on the Kibble Pump. Dawkins attaches the hose to him and fires the kibble, and it lands in the bowl. Dawkins celebrates, but Dylan points out that not all of the kibble went in to the bowl.
Dawkins proceeds to make some modifications to the Food Machine and try again, but he misses. Dawkins does some more work on the machine, as well as setting up a target by the bowl, and tries again, but this time, Dylan nudges the bowl, so Dawkins misses again.
Angered by this, Dawkins begins to fire kibble at Dylan. Dylan then decides to make some of his own modifications to the Food Machine, and tries to use it himself. However, Dylan’s modifications cause too much pressure, leading to the Food Machine getting out of control, with the Dalmatians now seeing the hose as some type of dragon. Dawkins rushes in to give Dylan a mop to fend off the hose dragon, while he rushes to the machine and turns it off. Dylan is now tangled in the hose.
Dawkins then nudges a bowl in front of Dylan and launches some kibble, which bounces off Dylan’s nose and in to the bowl.
Notes[]
- This marks the first short to have actual dialogue (aside from the grunting noises of the other shorts, or Dolly's "Bow-Whacka-Wow" in "Prank Pups"), with Dawkins saying “But” and “Oh, yeah!?”.
