The Dogcatcher is the secondary antagonist in the 2001 sequel, Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure.

He was seen with Buster and the other junkyard dogs trying to throw his hat around. At first, it looked like he captured Buster; however, he escaped and got the best of him.
