The Dogcatcher is a minor antagonist in Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure. He is voiced by Jeff Bennett. In the first original film is unknown seen, he appears as a main antagonist, he is voiced by Lee Millar.

Lady and the Tramp
In the first film, he is the main antagonist, and wants to capture the Tramp, In the end, he is stopped by Jock and Trusty.
Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure
He wants to capture Scamp, Buster and the rest of the Junkyard Dogs. In the end, he is defeated by Angel in the pound.
Comics
In one of the Disney adventure comics, he also ended up arrested when, while trying to hunt down Scamp and Angel, accidentally put his dog-catching net on a bunch of wigs at a wig shop and on the wig shop owner.
