The Dogcatcher is the secondary antagonist in Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure. He is voiced by Jeff Bennett. In the first original film is unknown seen, and the true main antagonist, he is voiced by Lee Millar.

Lady and the Tramp
In the first film, Aunt Sarah called him to get Tramp, In the end, he is stopped by Jock and Trusty.
Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure
He was seen with Buster and the other junkyard dogs trying to throw his hat around. At first, it looked like he captured Buster, however he escapes and got the best of him. Later, the Dogcatcher caught Reggie after he was chasing Scamp and Angel. Eventually, due to Buster's actions, he captures Scamp without a collar, having him sent to the pound. In the end, he was defeated by Angel.
Comics
In one of the Disney adventure comics, he also ended up arrested when, while trying to hunt down Scamp and Angel, accidentally put his dog-catching net on a bunch of wigs at a wig shop and on the wig shop owner.
