"The Droid Rooms" was a musical track played in the background of the Star Tours ride queue and was split into two distinct segments. The first segment was played when repair droid G2-9T usually told guests it is one of his favorite hit songs: "I Wanna Weld Your Hand" by Danny and the Droids.

"The Droid Rooms" was released on The Music of Disneyland, Walt Disney World and Epcot Center (1988) and The Official Album of Disneyland and Walt Disney World (1991). It was written by Richard Bellis and is three minutes and thirty-nine seconds in length.
