"The Fart of War" is the first segment of the fifteenth episode of the Disney Channel animated series, Hailey's On It!

Synopsis[]

When Scott has an awesome idea for a social media filter, A.C. claims the idea as his own.

Plot[]

Hailey and Scott find themselves in a mock trial against A.C. over an app called Fart Blink. Scott claims that he came up with the idea for the app while A.C. says that the idea was all his. In flashback, Scott had entered a competition from the Swag Bros who were asked by another company to help develop a new app, mainly because they thought it was too much work. While Hailey gets ready studying law so that she can complete an item on her list, win a mock trial, A.C. reveals to Scott his idea for an app that makes a fly appear in the background of selfies, though Scott does not understand it and thinks it's pretty boring.

Scott reveals his app idea, Fart Blink, an app that makes a farting noise. A.C., thinking the idea is stupid, programs it out of irony, but is shocked to see that people actually like it. He makes the claim that he and Scott came up with it and decide to become partners in developing the app. The two are invited to the Swag Bros house for the awards ceremony with their app winning the competition. However, A.C. suddenly claims that he is the sole creator and gets to try a money hurricane pit, something Scott wanted to to, only for him not actually catch any of the money. Angered and upset, Scott announces that he plans to take A.C. to court.

In the present, Hailey proceeds to give a long testimony that Judge Bored Murray takes into serious consideration while A.C., who was representing himself, simply says "finders keepers, losers weepers." Murray rules in favor of Scott and Hailey, but the latter is incensed at the fact that Scott only wanted a jar of Dingles. At U.F. Dough, Scott and Hailey and are hanging out with their friends when Scott discovers a Golden Dingle which will allow him to visit the factory, much to his enjoyment. Meanwhile, A.C. discovers that the Swag Bros have no motivation to develop Fart Blink any further, humiliating him when he learns about Hailey and Scott's new success.
