"The Galactic Fair" is the first segment of the thirty-ninth episode of Miles from Tomorrowland. It premiered on October 8, 2016 alongside "Unfair Getaway", and is the first segment of the ninth episode in the second season.

Plot[]

In the Stellosphere's observatory, Miles is testing Leo's newest invention, the Exo-Flex X. First, Miles checks its speed and flexibility, and successfully catches two balls. Miles tells Leo that the suit is blastastic, and is also his best invention ever. This version is better and stronger than the original Exo-Flex suit, and does lost of new stuff. Miles also says that the Callistos will win first prize at the Galactic Fair. Miles tells M.E.R.C. that the Galactic Fair is a huge event being held at the Tethoscape with rides, games, and food, and shows him the pavilion where people will show their newest inventions. Miles will be one in the cockpit while showing everyone how the Exo-Flex X works. Miles is reassured by Leo that he'll do a galactic job.

Leo and Miles then start the second test: space mode. As Miles flies, Phoebe and Loretta notice, and are impressed by the invention. Stella then informs them about a call from the Tomorrowland Transit Authority. Once Miles makes it back, they start the final test, which is drive mode, when they are called by Phoebe about the Admirals wanting a word.

Once at the bridge, Admirals Watson and Crick talk about liking the Galactic Fair for Crick, but Watson hating it because of Crick getting sick from all the games and food. The Admirals wanted to wish Leo the best of luck with the Exo-Flex X presentation. They also like for the invention to win the cobalt ribbon. Then, everyone will know the TTA has the best team in the cosmos. Leo says that the Callistos will do their best. After the call ends, Leo hopes that he doesn't lose. Regardless, the Callistos will be cheering for him.

Once at the Tethoscape, Miles sees that the fair has taken over the whole Tethoscape, and he can't wait to ride all the rides, especially the holo-coaster. The Callistos then make their way to the pavilion, but Miles gets distracted by the holo-coaster instead of the Exo-Flex X presentation being next.

The Callistos then arrive at the technology pavilion, where they show everyone the Exo-Flex X suit and win the cobalt ribbon for Leo. First up, is Nemesystems' newest invention, the Shrub Clip 3000, where a robot trims a plant to make a science symbol. The Admirals tell Leo that Nemesystems has won the first prize for five consecutive years, but they are excited if Leo could win one for the TTA.

The Exo-Flex X presentation is next, and after a speech by Leo about the Exo-Flex developing and improving, he introduces everyone to the Exo-Flex X, piloted by Miles. First up is flexibility and speed, where Miles juggles balls while standing on a larger ball, which is a success. Miles then activates flight mode, but when he is distracted by the holo-coaster ride when he is told by Leo about the final test (drive mode), he presses a button that sends the Exo-Flex X out of control. Nothing Miles does can shut it down, and M.E.R.C. eventually shuts it down, but not before it crashes into the stage. Miles is okay, but apologizes, with Leo stating that this is how things go sometimes. What's important is that no one got hurt. The Admirals say that they will win eventually, as they can wait.

Sometime later, Miles decides to stay in the Tethoscape with M.E.R.C. while the rest of the Callistos ride the holo-coaster. Leo tells Miles that staying safe inside the Exo-Flex X was a huge success for Leo. Before the ride, the Dethalian guards join in. One of them adjusted the control module to make it go even faster.

The holo-coaster then begins its ride and things look to be going well when the module malfunctions, causing the coaster to go out of control. Miles informs M.E.R.C. of such, and Miles decides to stop the coaster with the Exo-Flex X, while stating that he'll get it right this time.

Miles tries the Exo-Flex X again, and gains control of the back car, with M.E.R.C. taking the Dethalian guards inside to safety. Miles catches up to the Callistos, and runs drive mode. However, the holo-coaster goes off the track, and Miles decides to catch the car with the Callistos inside with the exo-fist, which sends the Exo-Flex X and the car back in the Tethoscape, and right next to the Admirals. The Callistos congratulate Miles, with Leo stating that he was too busy noticing how spacetacular Miles did.

The Exo-Flex X is so good, that the judges decide to award this year's cobalt ribbon to the TTA, impressing the Admirals.
