The Gardeners (formerly known as The Garden Fairies) are minor characters from Disney's 2022 animated/live-action feature film, Disenchanted. They are Giselle and Robert Philip’s gardeners. When they are infected by Giselle’s wish to live a fairytale life and Monroeville turns into Monrolasia, they are transformed into fairies.

They are first introduced when Giselle, Robert, Morgan, and Sofia Philip arrived at their new home in Monroeville and are seen working in the garden. They then went and introduced themselves to Giselle and offered to babysit Sofia if she ever needed help.
After Giselle makes a wish on the Andalasian Wand of Wishing for a fairytale life transforming Monroeville into Monrolasia, the Gardeners become magical garden fairies and are seeing tending Giselle’s garden as she passes by singing in the morning. They are later seen spying on Giselle when she pushes Morgan into the wishing well in the backyard, but are caught by Giselle and are sent to tend to Sofia, who had started crying, while she goes into town. When Giselle returns home, they are seen in the couch listening to Giselle sing. They are last seen, when Robert returns home playing on the floor with Sofia in the living room. They introduced themselves to Robert and tell him to leave while he still can.
The next morning, when everything turns back to normal, everyone in Monroeville (except Morgan and Giselle) believe the previous day to be a dream.

- The Gardeners are inspired and modeled after, Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather from Sleeping Beauty.
- There signature colors are red, green, and blue.
- One of the gardeners at the beginning of the film, said that they would have brought gifts if they knew that Sofia was coming, referencing Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather giving gifts to a baby Aurora in Sleeping Beauty.
- They taking care of Sofia Philip is reference to Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather taking care off Aurora as a baby in Sleeping Beauty.
