The Ghost of Christmas Future is a minor character that appears in DuckTales in the episode "Last Christmas!"
Background[]
Physical appearance[]
Future is a large specter adorned in black and grey robes. He carries a scythe with him, something that is exclusive to this incarnation of the character. What little of his appearance under his cloak, he appears to be some kind of grey carcass of some unknown animal.
Personality[]
Future comes off as a large intimidating individual. However, he is actually a very sociable spirit who does not mind partying with and interacting with other people on a regular basis, especially Scrooge McDuck. He is shown to have a crush on Bentina Beakley, which he tries not to show too much as it causes him to blush.
Appearance[]
He, along with the Ghosts of Christmas Past and Future visit Scrooge McDuck every year just to hang out after accidentally visiting him instead of Ebenezer Scrooge. The group takes Scrooge to his first Christmas party held at McDuck Manor where Future ends up dancing with Bentina Beakley who seems to legitimately like him.
He later attends Scrooge McDuck's Christmas party back in the present where Beakley remembers her time dancing with him, causing him to blush.
Trivia[]
- The usual name for the character is "Yet to Come", however he is defiantly referred to as "Future", most likely to maintain simplicity with his name.
