The Ghost of Christmas Present is the second of three ghosts that haunts Ebenezer Scrooge in The Muppet Christmas Carol, based on A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens.
Background[]
Physical appearance[]
The Ghost of Christmas Present is a large looking man with a rotund belly and large hands. He has a face with round cheeks, blue friendly eyes, and long red hair and beard. He wears a green and brown robe and a wreath on his head. As his time wears on, his hair starts to turn white, indicating that he is aging until he disappears.
Personality[]
The Ghost of Christmas Present is portrayed as a jovial person who loves to the show the warmth and kindness of Christmas time. Due to being of the present, he tends to be forgetful and repeats himself constantly, though he is not ashamed of it and most likely forgets the fact that he forgets. Even when Scrooge feels at his worst, the Ghost tries to make him feel as comfortable as possible, right down to his last breath.
