"The Ghoul Girls" is the first segment of the tenth episode of Vampirina. It premiered on October 27, 2017 alongside "Game Night".
Plot[]
Chef Remy Bones finishes making skullcakes for Boris and Oxana before Vampirina, Poppy, and Bridget arrive with Demi and Gregoria. Vampirina states that it was a great idea to have everyone bring instruments. Oxana mentions that the Scream Girls are coming to the Scare B&B. This excites Vampirina, who says that they are her favorite Transylvanian band. They play their videos on Transylvanian Monster Television. The members are FrankenStacey, Creepy Caroline, and Ghastly Gayle. Vampirina, Poppy, and Bridget see that the band ends their song by floating and turning into ghosts. Just then, they arrive, although Vampirina is a little bit nervous.
Vampirina welcomes the Scream Girls, and tells them that she's a huge fan of them. Poppy and Bridget are also fans, as well. The Scream Girls are delighted to meet everyone. Vampirina then shows the Scream Girls to their room. It is revealed that Vampirina is a spookulele girl, and Bridget plays the guitar, but she is not that good. Poppy plays the drums, and they all sing. Vampirina always wanted to be in a band. The Scream Girls mention that those instruments are all she needs for a band. They have a feeling that Vampirina, Poppy, and Bridget will be great, as they remind them of when they started started out. The Scream Girls didn't know how good it felt to play in front of a crowd until they tried it, and they decide to play together, tonight. Vampirina, Poppy, and Bridget can be the opening band. This excites Vampirina and Poppy, though Bridget is feeling a little scared.
Vampirina then hits send on the invitations, although Bridget is still not ready. Vampirina, Poppy, and Bridget prepare to perform when Vampirina gets the batties. The Scream Girls show what happens to them when they get scared. Vampirina, Poppy, and Bridget try it again, and they don't sound so good. The Scream Girls tell them that they just need to believe in themselves, as they will put them into their own personal school of rock. Vampirina likes the idea. After being told and after some suggestions from Demi, Vampirina has no ideas about her band name. Also, Vampirina, Poppy, and Bridget need to find their inner ghouls. Everyone has them; they need to find the strength inside themselves, and show it to the world while they're on stage. The Scream Girls then sing a song about Vampirina, Poppy, and Bridget finding their inner ghoul and being stars once they take the stage.
Vampirina decides to name her band the Ghoul Girls. This is perfect timing because the audience has arrived. Bridget is a bit nervous, but she needs to not think about them and to think about something else and forget about them. Once the Ghoul Girls are backstage, Vampirina gets the batties. It is okay for Vampirina to be nervous as long as she finds her inner ghoul. Boris welcomes the audience to Vampirina and the Ghoul Girls. Bridget is still not ready, but after being told by the Scream Girls that they'll perform a song before the Ghoul Girls, Bridget decides to join in. The Scream Girls then perform their song. Vampirina mentions that their big ending will scare everyone. Bridget has an idea to stop everyone. She joins the Scream Girls' performance, and Vampirina and Poppy join in. Bridget says that she wasn't thinking about her friends, and mentions that playing in front of everyone is fang-tastic. The Ghoul Girls will take it from there, and perform a song about finding their inner ghoul. The audience likes the performance, as does the Scream Girls. Vampirina mentions that the Ghoul Girls really found their inner ghouls, and they're pretty amazing.
