Plot

After Jackie ruins another one of Kick's stunts, he discovers a contest for Skidzeez Ride Shop: the one with the best picture of speed and action gets to be on a billboard. Since Gunther's camera is broken, the only one they know of is in the service, and in the hands of... Jackie.
