"The Monster Snore" is the second segment of the sixth episode of Vampirina. It premiered on October 13, 2017 alongside "Vamping Trip".
Plot[]
Outside the Scare B&B, Vampirina, Bridget, and Poppy are playing "Demi Says" when something rattles from the bush, which is Ms. Cuddlecakes. Oxana appears with a fresh batch of bed crumbs for Matilda, the Hauntleys' next monster guest, Matilda, who is a snugglelot, which means she loves the dark and only travels at night. Snugglelots don't sleep there unless they see the bread crumb trail. Vampirina tells a scared Bridget that there are monsters who sleep under beds, but only when they're invited. She mentions that the boogeyman was one of her favorite dance teachers, and the others join in the dance when they bump into Gregoria. Vampirina tells Bridget that everybody's a little jumpy sometimes, and that scary things aren't always what they seem. Edna then calls Poppy and Bridget for dinner. Bridget makes dance moves that leave a trail.
At night, a snugglelot follows the trail. As Bridget is about to go to sleep, she hears something, which is the snugglelot under her bed. The next day at school, Bridget tells Poppy and Vampirina about the snugglelot under her bed. She mentions that she was imagining things like the snoring. Edgar appears and Bridget tells her everything. Bridget agrees to let Edgar come over so he can se if there is a monster, as he plans to make a viral video.
The school bell rings, and Vampirina plans for her and Oxana to make Matilda's recipe from Chef Remy Bones' cookbook, gummy mummy cupcakes. Poppy and Bridget join in. At the Scare B&B, once the cupcakes are ready, Oxana wonders where Matilda is. Demi mentions that the monsters love to snooze and snore. Everyone decides to follow the trail once Vampirina assumes that Matilda went to the wrong house. Vampirina states that there is a monster under her bed, one that Edgar is going to film for his web show. Once there, Poppy and Vampirina tell her about a monster under Bridget's bed. Vampirina states that it's just Matilda and Bridget will love her once she meets her. Poppy finds one of Bridget's shoes, and realizes that Bridget stepped in the bread crumb trail. Vampirina decides for her, Poppy, and Bridget to bring the monster to the Scare B&B before Edgar arrives. Matilda then appears, and is delighted to see Vampirina, Poppy, and Bridget. She mentions that there is nothing to be afraid of and that their biggest fears can be small. Matilda apologizes for trying to scare Bridget, as she never sleeps under a bed she's not invited to unless she gets lost.
Just then, Edgar arrives. As he continues looking under the bed, Matilda quickly goes out of the bed to join Poppy and Vampirina. As a result, Edgar only finds a blanket. At the Scare B&B, Matilda is enjoying the cupcakes. Bridget arrives to see Matilda and gives her a blanket, to which Matilda thanks Bridget. Vampirina and Poppy thank Bridget and apologizes for not believing her sooner. Bridget knows she can be brave when she has friends and monster friends.
