The Nutcracker and the Four Realms is the official motion picture soundtrack for the 2018Disney film of the same name. It features music composed by James Newton Howard for the film itself. As the film is based on the ballet, excerpts from the original Nutcracker ballet by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky are included throughout the film with the score conducted by Gustavo Dudamel at the London Philharmonic Orchestra with Lang Lang as the piano soloist. It was released on October 26, 2018 by Walt Disney Records.
